By accessing or using R3DTEAM.AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

R3DTEAM.AI is an External Attack Surface Management (EASM) platform that provides security assessment and vulnerability scanning services. The Service includes:

  • Fast Scan for rapid security assessments
  • SCRUTINIZE deep scans for comprehensive analysis
  • Asset baseline monitoring
  • Interactive security tools
  • Scheduled scanning capabilities

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Only scan targets you own or have explicit written authorization to test
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

4. Acceptable Use

You may NOT use the Service to:

  • Scan systems without proper authorization
  • Conduct denial of service attacks
  • Exploit vulnerabilities discovered through the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfere with other users' use of the Service

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by R3DTEAM.AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you submit for scanning.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. R3DTEAM.AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R3DTEAM.AI from any claims arising from your use of the Service, including any unauthorized scanning activities.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
